Weekly Class sessions run for 8 weeks.    Session cost is $165 per session, and   includes a Home Practice Book.

                               Yoga for Fertility WORKSHOPS and RETREATS

Seattle Workshop:  Saturday,  September 18,  1:00-4:00 at The Hatha Yoga Center, in the University District.   Workshops are "condensed" versions of the weekly classes, covering yoga postures, breathing practices and relaxation techniques.  This workshop is open to women or couples who are currently trying to conceive, either naturally or through assisted reproduction.  To register:  Click on the "Registration Forms" tab at left, then choose "Workshops".   Print the registration form, complete it and mail it back with the class fee, as per the instructions on the form.  If you have questions about the Workshop, please email the instructor at: Lynn@yogaforfertility.net.

Mind/Body Fertility Retreat:  November 5-7, 2010 at Mosswood Hollow Retreat Center in Duvall, WA.  Spend a weekend learning mind/body techniques, yoga and nutrition practices to support fertility.  Instructors Carol Knoph, MSW and Lynn Jensen, RYT, MBA, have many years of combined experience leading these programs. "Create-ivity" Retreat:  March 3-10, Hali Kai Retreat Center, Kona, Hawaii!   Lynn teams up with Kassy Daggett, retreat-leader extraordinaire, to offer a very special retreat for women.   We will focus on enhancing fertility and creativity - both functions of the sacral chakra (energy center) in the yogic tradition.   We will do yoga, group discussions, personal explorations, creative projects, chanting and more -inspired by the lush setting of our oceanfront retreat center.  We will also take some side trips to visit the Goddess Pele at the Volcano, and to kayak or snorkel at a nearby bay.  For more information, email Lynn@yogaforfertillity.net, or call 206-729-0606.

Individual Yoga for Fertility Instruction:  Individual sessions are available at my space in North Seattle, or can be arranged at your home for an additional fee.   Instruction cost is $125 for the initial 90-minute session, and includes a Home Practice Manual.   Cost is $75/hr. for additional 1-hour sessions.  Working one-on-one, I can design a Yoga for Fertility home practice specifically tailored to meet your needs.  Couples' instruction is also available.  Please call 206-729-0606 for more information, or to schedule an initial session.
